Massage Therapy
Massage therapy for infants, children, teens, adults and pre & post natal care.
Acupuncture, Cold Laser, Gua Sha, Cupping, Hot Stones and Thermal Palms fall within the scope of a Massage Therapy treatment so please book according to length of time required. Your RMT will set up a treatment plan according to your needs, please discuss if you would like to include any of the above modalities.
Yoga/Movement Therapy
A movement class is accessible to anyone who wants to learn to move their body safely & well. Classes are taught using a version of Dianne Bondy's "Bus Stop Method" so that people of varying abilities can practice in the same class together, whether in a chair, using props or free standing. You do NOT need to be super bendy, strong or experienced, you just need to have a body & to show up ready to have some fun and learn to appreciate your body for the amazing machine it is!
Aesthetics & Foot Care
Body waxing is performed using the highest quality Berins wax line for safety, speed & comfort.
Professional foot care services focus on health of the feet and nails but we can add polish or a buff if you want to add a bit of pampering!
